The organizers of the 41st Annual Conference of the European International Business Academy (EIBA) to be held in Rio de Janeiro are pleased to offer 12 PhD stipend grants of €500 euros each for students whose proposals are accepted to the EIBA 2015 doctoral program.
Applications are now closed (as of July 21, 2015) and the 12 PhD stipend grants have already been allocated. Since there were more applications than currently available grants, some students are now on a waiting list. The organizers are contacting potential sponsors in order to try to secure more grants.
ATTENTION: Please be advised that subsequent registration to the EIBA 2015 Rio conference along with acceptance to the doctoral program (i.e., one of the two pre-conference doctoral events) are mandatory requirements for applicants to be eligible for a stipend grant. (The organizers reserve the right to select grant recipients from amongst the valid applications received by the deadline date. All decisions made by the organizers are final and binding in all aspects relating to the EIBA 2015 grants.)
We are very grateful to Prof. Catherine Welch (University of Sydney), who has most generously offered to finance a substantial portion of the EIBA 2015 grants for PhD students. Prof. Welch will also be leading the EIBA 2015 post-conference Workshop on Qualitative Research Methods.
