The following registration fees for EIBA 2015 Rio apply:
- Conference: 525 euros (regular fee) / 290 euros (student fee)
- Accompanying persons (Gala Dinner only): 90 euros per person
- Research Methods Workshops: 400 euros (regular fee) / 250 euros (student fee)

Note: Students must obtain a signed and dated document (e.g., a letter from a PhD advisor) that provides proof of student status, and send it as a PDF attachment (scan) via e-mail to info@eiba2015.org no later than October 31, 2015. If such proof is not received by October 31, 2015 (and duly acknowledged by the Conference organisers), then the registration will be considered “regular” and the delegate will be asked to pay the difference in cash (in Brazilian currency) at the EIBA 2015 Rio registration desk before collecting his/her Conference materials and Conference badge.
